Important ARB Submission Monthly Deadline
To ensure your ARB review request is reviewed at our next monthly meeting, please note our submission deadline:

- The Deadline: The first Wednesday of every month.
- The Meeting: The second Tuesday of every month.
Submitting by the first Wednesday ensures your project is reviewed in a timely manner. Late submissions will be held until the following month’s meeting.
What is the ARB?
The Architectural Review Board (ARB) is a committee established to maintain the aesthetic standards, design integrity, and overall property values of our community. The purpose of the ARB is to review and approve all homeowner applications for exterior property modifications, ensuring they align with the community’s design guidelines and governing documents.
Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM. Please note that meetings are subject to cancellation if there are no homeowner applications submitted for review that month.

Important Submission Deadline:
To help us expedite the review process and give the board members adequate time to review each plan, all modification requests and supporting documents must be submitted by the Wednesday prior to the meeting.
Homeowner Participation:
All community homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend these meetings. Your input and participation help keep our neighborhood beautiful!
