NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual members’ meeting and election of the Board of Kernan Mill (Heather Glen) Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held at the following date, time, and place.

Time: 7:00 P.M.
Place: Hodges Blvd Presbyterian Church

Any property owner desiring to be a candidate for the Board of Directors may either give written notice to the Association of such person’s candidacy in advance or at the meeting. Notice
